1) I will start off by saying I like the texture in the pieces, and dressing the two up as the earth and sun is also cute. But I find the pictures lacking in energy and winter spirit.
2) I didn’t really understand what was happening until I read the description, then it was cute.

1) I like how the characters are more focused in on while the background is a little fuzzy
2) The calm but still in motion feels to both pieces is lovely, it very much feels like a piece fit for the winter time. I love the warm colors that pop out against the cool colors and how they don’t become one with the piece.

1) The art style itself reminds me of one of those kids books, and I love that. The blue does blend in together a bit but as the theme is a colder themed one that is understandable. The pop of color draws your eyes around the piece and I find the entry cute.
2) The brush used on the first one makes it look like a picture book coming to life

1) I’m just a sucker for textures so those leaf and light textures in the first picture are just perfect. It strays from the typical blues for a warmer approach and it looks lovely. With the second part, the costumes are adorable (dem lil boots <3) but I personally wish for more vibrant colors over the murky greenish brown
2) It’s always a pleasure to see Liam having a grand time with all of his little jungle dragons
