Rows of streaks on the belly, shoulders, face, legs, arms, neck, or back of a dragon. Basically, anywhere but the tail or wings! They can resemble the belly, back, or neck streaks of any bird. In addition to the regular elemental colors, they may be brown, tan, white, or black.
There is also a different effect with slightly different coverage. They may also create a line in the center area of feathered and smooth scales anywhere on the body, similar to the rachis of a feather.
